Who we are

This website, smallzcleaning.net, is operated for Smallz Auto Detailing and Cleaning, based in Ashland, Missouri. For privacy questions or questions about information you have shared with us, call or text (573) 881-3277.

Information you share with us

When you contact Smallz, you may share your name, contact details, project location, service needs, photos, and other information about your request. We use information you provide to respond, discuss estimates, arrange service, and communicate with you about your project.

Our redesigned quote page lets you enter and review your details, then prepares a text message. The page does not automatically send your request or save it as a WordPress inquiry. You choose whether to send it in your own messaging app. Once sent, your message is handled by your messaging provider and received by Smallz.

Please share only information needed for your request. This description applies to the quote page; other registration or contact forms on the website may use a separate submission process.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages visitors use and whether they click call, text, or quote buttons. A button click tells us that someone opened the next step; it does not tell us that a call connected or a text was sent.

Google Analytics uses cookies and browser identifiers. Information processed can include the page visited, visit timing, browser and device details, and approximate location. We use this information to understand and improve the website. We do not enable Google Analytics advertising features or personalized advertising for this setup.

We do not send the names, phone numbers, email addresses, project locations, or message contents entered in the quote form to Google Analytics. Our button tracking records the type of action, not the contents of a prepared text message.

Your analytics choices

The Google Analytics tag loads only after you accept analytics. You can decline and continue using the website. Your choice is remembered on this browser for up to 180 days; clearing your browser’s site data may reset it.

Use Analytics settings to change your choice or withdraw permission for future analytics collection. Withdrawing permission does not automatically delete information already collected.

You can also manage cookies in your browser. Google provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported desktop browsers.

Website operation and service providers

Our hosting and website services may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and security logs, to deliver pages, maintain the site, and protect it. Necessary storage may also be used for administrative functions and to remember your analytics choice. Declining optional analytics does not disable these basic website functions.

Information sent through a phone, messaging service, or another linked service is also handled under that provider’s policies. The links on this page explain Google’s practices; your phone or messaging provider can explain its own.

How long information is kept

Our Google Analytics user and event data retention setting is two months. Google’s standard aggregated reports are not limited by that setting and may remain available longer. This setting does not describe how long your browser keeps cookies.

The analytics retention setting also does not apply to inquiries or service communications you send directly to Smallz. Contact us if you have questions about information you have shared or would like to request its correction or deletion.
